I have an ongoing complaint regarding a mobile contract. A message was left on my landline from the individual named above. First contact from a complained lodged at the beginning of April.
Unfortunately the number he gave me was only usable on virgin mobiles, which I do not have! After a google search I found the number for mobile services which has the same 3 last digits. Much as is common many on this forum I have been sent from department to department. I was able to verify that my complaint was still open but none of these, pleasant individuals have access to the executive team or are they able to deal with my complaint.
Any help would be much appreciated
