Just spent over 90 minutes on the phone once again trying to chase up the SIM card that goes with the package I signed up to over a month ago!
This is the third or 4th call and promise the SIM would be sent, but this time they wanted to run ANOTHER credit check. I've refused this as they've run at least two already and I am not going to risk my credit rating just because Virgin can't get a SIM card to me.
It appears the computer says no - have to run a credit check to send out the card again!
So, 3 options that I can see
1. Allow another credit check to get the SIM card - not happening
2. Forgoe the SIM part of the OOmph Package - not without a cost saving
3. Leave Virgin and find another provider!
Apparently someone will call me - we'll see?
