I have signed up to upgrade to ultimate oomph bundle. Installation was done on 22nd August 2019. But o sign of SIM card yet. I have tried customer services but getting generic differing answers. I was also told I shouldn’t really moan because it’s a complimentary addition to the bundle. Still don’t know when I’m receiving it. Can anyone help?

With the package you are on, for any issues you have, you will need to chat with our dedicated Oomph Team. If you call 150 from your landline, it should automatically put you through to the correct team - hope that helps for future reference.
Please I have the same issue , I don’t have a virgin land line , I don’t have a virgin mobile as I am still waiting for oomph SIM card ..been waiting and chasing for 3 months. It is driving me crazy can some one help
