Ultimate oomph SIM

Hi,

We have an Ultimate Oomph SIM attached to our account. Sadly, the family member who had this SIM sadly passed away in hospital on Monday. During this sad time for us, the last thing I want is to sit on the phone waiting for Customer Services to answer. 

Is it possible to switch the Ultimate Oomph SIM to another Virgin mobile account we have?
