Hi. Just signed up to Virgin volt ultimate oomph package. This includes receiving a new 5G 02 simm card.

The problem is no one has explained how I can active the new simm and keeping my existing phone number.

To confuse things my existing simm is virgin and not another network provider so dont think a PAC code is applicable otherwise it will close my account.

Has anyone had the same problem?

Can anyone help me?

Just to clarify please, do you want the new 02 Sim and Tariff to replace your current Virgin Mobile Sim/Tariff?

Or do you wish to keep your Virgin Mobile account and have a second additional mobile contract with O2?
