Ugrading My Children's Mobile Plans

I spent 3 and a half hours in a live chat upgrading both of my two children on Wednesday afternoon. However, I have not received confirmation of these two orders. Unfortunately I didn't keep a note of the order numbers during the chat.

In the circumstances can you please email me confirmation of both the orders I placed which I believe are due to start on 02/01/21.

I am sorry to hear that you haven't had any confirmation of the contracts.
