Hi, i have two virgin mobile accounts on my credit file, 1 is in default (opened june 2018) and the other says in arreers ( opened oct 2017) im wanting to pay both of them off, as these are the only accounts on my credit file showing as in defult and areers. How can i go about paying them off as i cant get in touch with virgin and when i log into the accounts it doesnt show any bills or any information ect?
