Two phones been switched off

  1. I called mobile customer services yesterday and after going through security the agent did not even ask what the problem is! I had been getting long delays in calls connecting.
  2. He simply said my sim needed replacement as it was from 2017. Not true as i took delivery of phones and sims in 2020. He said he would send new sims expected delivery three days. My phones switched off cannot make or receive calls. Not happy at all.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Sims 
I can look into this for you check what has happened

Thanks for those details 

I have had a look here and can see the agent has ordered 2 replacement Sims

This is to do with our Migration over to using the Vodafone network 

Can you please let me know when you receive them
