I called mobile customer services yesterday and after going through security the agent did not even ask what the problem is! I had been getting long delays in calls connecting.
He simply said my sim needed replacement as it was from 2017. Not true as i took delivery of phones and sims in 2020. He said he would send new sims expected delivery three days. My phones switched off cannot make or receive calls. Not happy at all.
