Turn voicemail off - android phone

I'd like to turn my voicemail off as it's a service I never use. I've read the instructions on Virgin mobile website but I can't find anywhere to turn it off. The website sends me around in circles!

I'd really appreciate some help here.

You can do any of these

Log into your mobile online account, and head to "Manage My Services", you can turn voicemail off there.

Ring 789 and request voicemail to be turned off

Wait for a response from a staff member who may offer to turn it off for you

Your phone may need restarting after the switch has been done.

Thanks for your reply enlli. Sadly there is no way to reach "manage my services" from my mobile account page. I know that there should be, but there isn't! I had hoped to be able to turn this service off by myself rather than wait ages in a phone queue.
I tried the text help too but after nearly an hour waiting for a reply it asked me if I wanted to wait another 45 minutes to speak to a human.
