Trying to upgrade mobile on internet

The buy page of the virgin site doesn't seem to recognize freestyle agreement balance is zero.

pressing 1 to get a link does nothing and isn't helpful I know it's zero why doesn't Virgin? Is there a way I could speak to a human?
