Trying to resolve order for new mobile order parked been on phone 1hour 15 mins and still not sorted
I ordered a phone 2 days ago ended by say great, only to find order parked was told be in touch in 24 hours that has passed spent over an hour on the phone waiting to get it sorted went through 2 customer care agents was then put through to fraud dept only to be hung upon and told need a security check form in a voice message so want to know what the hell is going on happy to take order only to be messed about been with virgin media for 11 years not a happy bunny

If a mobile order is parked, this means the team need to do extra checks before a final decision is made. This decision is normally made within 3 working days. Have you heard back from the tea since posting?
