Trying to create a Virgin mobile account

Hi,

I’m new to virgin Mobile. I’m trying to set up a mobile account to request a port and I’m being asked to provide a security answer, but I don’t know what the security question is. As far as I’m aware I haven’t set anything up. And of course it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone to help, so what does one do?
