Trying to cancel new sim only contract

Hi,

Hoping someone can help.

I joined Virgin on 29/05. I still haven't received a contract and have not activated my SIM.

I want to cancel because it's been a nightmare getting through to anyone to discuss my account. However, I can't get through to anyone via phone or the web chat (which now appears to not be available). I recognise that COVID19 is causing delays, but I have been able to get through to other providers quite easily.

Is anyone able to advise if I'm able to cancel my contract without waiting on the phone for 6 hours?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry to hear you are thinking of canceling due to the experience you have had so far, if you swish to cancel you will need to o our customer relations team on 0345 454 1111 options 1,4 then 5 before making any ecisions, they will be able to do a full review on your account and get the best deal available to you.
