Trying to access mobile bills

Hi,

I'm trying to access my mobile bills from December '22 to whenever they changed to o2 (I need the ones from o2 also)

They don't show up im my virgin media billing page-I only get my Virgin media bill there. I'm no longer a virgin mobile customer, but still a media customer. Live chat sends me to ring 150, 150 sends me a link to my virgin media page. There seems no route to actually talk to a human-who could no doubt sort this in a minute or two...

Hey Martcam1, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

We only keep mobile bills for 12 months, anything past this will be gone sorry.

We also have moved every mobile customer to over O2 so Virgin Mobile doesn't existing really any more.

If you need to the O2 bills I would contact them on 0344 809 0202.
