Trouble ordering a replacement SIM

I broke my SIM card by accident and need a replacement but can't find away  to order one online with my phone being offline due to broken SIM, can someone help please.

Hi Lee,

I've been trying to get in touch about the same issue, but have not yet heard back from anyone.

My SIM has stopped working and I need to have a replacement sent to me. Would you be able to help me? 

I've been trying to find a way to do this via the Virgin Media website, but have been unsuccessful so far.

I ended up using a an internet phone service know as skype, and sorting it over the phone it should be apart of windows 10.
