Travel to US not connecting to data

I've travelled to the USA from the UK but phone isn't connecting to data. Roamong is enabled and there's a notification saying connect to tmobile but when I click it nothing happens.

Usually AT&T and TMobile work. However, since January you may have to enable VoLTE first (4G Calling) before they let you connect.

Thanks for the reply. Is that a setting on the phone or a phone call to virgin?

You would need this to be set up on the handset, as well as with Virgin Mobile.

Can you confirm if you have this switched on, on the handset?

If you're struggling to locate this setting, can you confirm what handset you're using?
