I ordered a new contract sim provided my pac code on purchase 3-4 days and still no update. My number still hasn't been transferred. Also I'm unable to see the process update on my virgin mobile.
Can anyone assist?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - sorry that there has been a delay with your number port. These are usually done within 24 hours depending on when requested.
Monday- Thursday: These will be done the next day.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: These are processed the following Tuesday

Yes I have my new sim in for a few days and my number still hasn't been transfered.
On my account it says I have an option to see the process when I click it comes up with an error.
