I am looking to upgrade my phone but had great difficulty in installing my SIM card into my present phone, so much so that I had to pay the Samsung store to retrieve it and repair the drive. I don't want this hassle again and as Samsung and Virgin have now closed their shops, what do I do if I have the same problem again with my new phone?

Always make sure it is absolutely flat in the tray, observing which way up by checking the one coming out.
