I applied for a transfer of ownership of a sim (I am the new owner) and it is meant to be completed today (30th November 21) I have written down all the log in details I completed the process with but I cannot log in to my account.
I have tried doing the forgot your password and email address but it says my number cannot be found.

Thanks! I didn't realise I had to do that process, it knew the associated email but I had to create a new password.
