Transfer Phone Number

• I have just moved to network to Virgin. I followed all instructions in regard to PAC codes to keep my number but it does not seem to have transferred as I have a new number. How do I get my old number back?

When did you give your PAC code to Virgin.

Sorry to hear about the issue with your PAC code, when was your PAC code provided to us? If the number has not been ported over to us then the number will still belong to your old provider. It would be worth checking with them to see if you can obtain another PAC code if the transfer hasn't completed so we can process this again for you.

when I purchased my contact with Virgin I gave my PAC code. I will see if I can obtain another.
