I've been offered an early upgrade on my phone and trade up to cover the cost of the outstanding balance on my account. 

What happens if they reduce the amount being offered? 

If i decline the new amount will I be able to get my phone back or do I just have to lump it and cough up the outstanding balance?

Is it really worth the hassle, notbsure what to do after reading other people's posts.
