Just got an email back from trade up saying device not in the condition that was described, so trade up value gone from £154 to zero and no £100 cashback for trading in an old phone? Not sure how this can happen?
Overall, service with Virgin from start to finish was completely disgusting.

I'm sorry to hear that the Trade Up application hasn't gone as planned. We aim to be as transparent as possible with pricing. If you don’t want to accept our revised value you can ask us to return your device.
There should be a way to do this from the Communication you have received.
