Total loss of phone and mobile broadband in WA13 0BL

In the last 24 hours Virgin's mobile broadband has become totally dysfunctional at my house. I have not had problems before, and I have changed nothing in the settings. I cannot even make phone calls, but when I check online Virgin seem to suggest that I am receiving 4G. I am not even getting E. What can be done before I cancel my contract?

Before you cancel check the network. These things happen.
