Hi, What is the policy when buying & keeping top-up data? - I spent 20 quid on 3gb of data ...only to see it wiped out a few days later when the account was auto-topped up by my monthly Oomph allowance - Not fair? ...or what???

Top ups only last to your next refresh date and do not roll over.
