Told I was no longer a Virgin Media customer but still being billed, even though I now pay o2!

As per the title really.

I moved over to o2 for my mobile services in July 2023, yet I am still being billed by Virgin.

I spoke with Virgin and they confirmed I no longer have an active account with them.


Getting through to the Virgin Mobile Care Team is impossible.

How can I resolve this?

To confirm, when you were a customer of Virgin Mobile was this for a SIM Only deal or a SIM and Handset?

It was for SIM and handset, however my understanding is the handsets are now all paid off?
