upon looking at my November bill, the times on my bill for phone calls is different to the times on my phones calls list, this is with 3 different phone numbers on 3 different phones. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before? I know I haven’t.

sorry to hear about the call times confusion that are displaying on your bill and on your phone. To explain, the bill charges and periods are logged straight from our mobile network. I appreciate you've tried different phones, but are they all Android for example or can you check a different type of phone such as an iPhone?
Some phones may have a delay or not be accurate depending on how fast it connects the SIM to the nearest Mast.
Can I just ask you to clarify whether it's seconds or minutes?
