Hi all

So some kids have gotten hold of my mobile number, I blocked them via my iPhone callers but they are going through to my voicemail and leaving threatening messages.

any ideas how I can block voicemail aswell?

Hello prvir70, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you are getting nuisance calls.

If you have blocked the number correctly then they shouldn't be able to contact you through voicemail either.

Have you blocked the correct numbers?

You can also go to block numbers via your online account, just head to Manage My Services > Voicemail- block caller. Thanks

Hi 

I’ve blocked on my phone, there is no option in my virgin manage services, I can only disable voicemail. No options to bar calls.

If the messages are threatening then it is a matter for the police who have departments which deal with this.

Doing a quick Google search seems to suggest the only way is to turn off voicemail.  Doing this for a period of time may mean they stop when they realise they are getting nowhere

Ok I’ll probably turn off voicemail.

It’s some young kids messing around, so avoiding police although last voicemail said they’d come to my house  and kill me. So maybe I should goto the police ?!
