My mother ordered a phone for me from her account. The order was cancelled for some reason and she was told to contact the fraud team. Had no contact from the fraud team even after calling and emailing them and she is now abroad and therefore cannot call them.
Is there a way for me to call them and approve the order or would I not be granted access etc. to the account because I am not the account holder (even though I have all the account details including the security question answer?)
