I’ve been trying to get in contact with Virgin Media for months now, and the problems are either never fixed, or no one answers the phone.
No matter what I try I can’t login to the virgin media app - I am trying to end three mobile contracts so that my children can start paying for them themselves. I also have a TV and broadband contract with Virgin Media - the TV constantly doesn’t work, and the WiFi is awful.
The main thing I need help with ASAP is logging into my account so I can make some changes.
