They won't fix phone

After 8 weeks and numerous phone calls because people at other end couldn't be bothered to log on and send me a package to send bust phone back.i received it and sent back.one person had me hold while investigating and then hung up on me.

i received and email to say they want 265  pound to fix it because there is a microscopic scratch on back and not covered by warranty.they don't know what's up with it because won't look till pay up.ive had my phone 2 years in a case.they were so rude and said we will just send it you back but I must keep paying for it even though I can't use it.

i have never felt so badly treated and I'm disgusted the way they have gone about this.i have been working throughout the virus in a supermarket.and there answer was so what.

and they would not even let me speak to a manager.

any suggestions.

What make?

Samsung have a 2 year warranty and will come out to fix.

Other manufacturers have similar

The horror stories on here about Virgin's third party repairs leads met to advise people to go elsewhere
