Cant access newly created account - Been on hold numerous times, and passed around between operators, one of which would not directly address many issues i asked about
After searching these forums, its disconcerting how many people face these issues, i was hoping to join virgin after a great package was offered, and swap my network from EE - With over 10 business contract phones i was hoping to swap these over as well...
However after passing what seems to be the initial credit check, a further credit check has to take place? and it can take 48 hours?
