I am still waiting for a resolution for the Virgin Mobile nightmare after Christmas 2021
Virgin mobile continue to fail to resolve this problem and it is now some 280+ days and still waiting
Quite simply when are you going to remove the block on my handset which I had purchased from one of their Virgin Mobile phone shops in 2015 for which I still have the receipt as proof of purchase. I am not able to use the handset for the purpose it was made to make and receive both phone calls and text messages
SO WHEN IS VIRGIN MOBILE GOING TO RESOLVE THIS SITUATION SO I CAN USE MY HANDSET FOR THE PURPOSE IT IS DESIGNED FOR.
