My wife and I cannot send or receive text messages with the Isle of Man, according to Manx Telecom the problem is with the connection between Virgin and Manx Telecom but when I ring the Virgin help line they are only concerned with my phone and not the real problem. Can anyone help me please?
Both are Samsung and both have Virgin sims. According to the Network provider on the IOM (Manx Telecom) the problem is the two networks are not talking to each other correctly. The only people I can get to talk to at Virgin seem to be reading of a sheet of instructions and just want to say it is only my mobile, and they don't want to put me through to someone who really understands the problem. Bring back the city centre stores, you could talk sensibly to people then.
