I have sent a text to 70710 with the word 'twenty' which is a BBC Children In Need number for donations. I have only been charged the 15p network charge and not the £20 which should go to this charity.
My wife is on a different network and has done the same and received acknowledgement that her £20 has been donated.
Can you advise if there is a problem with Virgin Mobile connecting to Children In Need please?

Sorry to hear of this issue. What it could be for example, is if you have a spend cap lower than the £20, it won't go through as it can't do.
