Text says I’ve reached spending cap but i haven’t

Hi I got a text from you that said I’d reached my spending cap but I’ve only just joined and have used zero data and sent two text messages.

my number is [removed]

my last text msg failed to send.

Common occurance. Almost certainly you sent a text, MMS or made a call that would be outside of your regular allowance. If this is set too low or to £0 you will get that badly worded message.

You will find you still have all your regular allowances 

Just a note if ýour last text message was long or had an emoji, your phone may have converted it to MMS (also common) 

Send a simple test text. I think you will find it will go.
