Common occurance. Almost certainly you sent a text, MMS or made a call that would be outside of your regular allowance. If this is set too low or to £0 you will get that badly worded message.
You will find you still have all your regular allowances
Just a note if ýour last text message was long or had an emoji, your phone may have converted it to MMS (also common)
Send a simple test text. I think you will find it will go.
