Hi since declining a new contract ( not due till march 2021) with virgin mobile my text messages are not coming through. Everything else works fine and I've followed all the help advice online. My husband is on virgin mobile and his service is fine. Anyone got any advice.
Virgin seem to have a problem with texts over WiFi calling. I signed up to them and had to rely on WiFi calling as the signal was poor where I lived. Texts did come through eventually but sometimes after a 12 hour wait.
Are you able to switch WiFi calling off and see if that makes texts arrive?
