Having failed miserably to migrate to the replacement SIM sent to me recently, I have asked for help but have had no reply by Virgin. It seems I have no alternative to go elsewhere for a service. I have requested my PAC code multiple times by text and guess what I cannot get my PAC code - it constantly tells me to try again later when their technical problems have been resolved. Is there anyone out there who can help please?
