Text about iosapn

I’ve had a text asking me to click this link.
I did and it’s downloaded a profile and it’s asking me to allow it? Is it ok?

Re: Text about iosapn

Hi @Siennamiller,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post on our forums.

Please can you send a screenshot of the text message and also have you got a new handset and asked for your APN settings to be sent to you?

Regards,

Steven_L

Re: Text about iosapn

Thanks for coming back to us @Siennamiller.

Do you know how to take a screenshot on your device? If not the process for iphone and most android devices is below.

Take a screenshot or screen recording on iPhone

  1. Do one of the following: On an iPhone with Face ID: Simultaneously press and then release the side button and volume up button. ...
  2. Tap the screenshot in the lower-left corner, then tap Done.
  3. Choose Save to Photos, Save to Files, or Delete Screenshot

Take a screenshot on android

  1. Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
  2. If that doesn't work, press and hold the power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
  3. If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer's support site for help.

Regards,

Steven_L
