My elderly mother has a new handset but it needs a new 5G SIM
After I have spent an very frustrating hour on her behalf to VM online chat help I despair 🤷♂️
Please can you help ?
I've gone through the security questions countless times only to be told I have to repeat them in order for them to access account details and send a SIM
Just utterly ridiculous !
It's SIM card !!!!! It's not he crown jewels !!!
Can somebody at VM make this process simpler (automated even !)
I still need help to have a new SIM delivered to her if anyone can care to step in ?
