For some months now the signal on my mobile has been terrible. My wife is also on the Virgin network and has the same issues. Is this likely to be due to Virgin switching to the Vodaphone network? My mobile is tied to my broadband contract so I am not sure where I stand with canceling this service as it is not fit for purpose. We chose Virgin as it originally had the best signal in our area. Both of us having terrible connections means that it is sometimes impossible to contact one another, which is concerning as my wife has a long-term illness and sometimes needs to contact me in emergencies.
