My husband and I received new SIM cards and put them in our phones exactly as per the letter. Did everything it said and now neither phone can make or receive calls or texts. Just says “not registered on network”. I phoned Virgin 4 times and explained the problem. 3 times I was cut off by Virgin after several minutes of trouble shooting ... none of which worked. The 4th time I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 12 minutes so I rang off.
The service from Virgin Mobile is appalling. They have no regard for their customers. I shall be switching to another provider as soon as possible.
