Temporary voicemail pin

Hi, 

I'm abroad and, apparently like a number of people, I didn't think to set a pin before travelling. I can't set one now so I was wondering if I could get a temporary one set.

It is possible to reset your Voicemail pin from here.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.

Thank you for those details.

I did check the option for resetting your voicemail pin.

Unfortunately as your Network is in the process of migrating over to O2. Any chnages we make have to be put on hold for a short while. This is to enable the switch over to go ahead with out any issues.

I am sorry this was only found out once I checked your account.

My switch already failed once. Is this likely to be affected by my being abroad? 'cause I won't be back in the UK till the end of June or so.

No, I haven't. I didn't even receive confirmation the first time, I just got an SMS to say that it failed... should I have received a confirmation of the switch date?
