I'd like to start by asking a few simple questions first if you don't mind 🙂
- What tariff are you on at the moment - how much Calls, Minutes, Data?
- What is the monthly payment?
- Do you also have a handset loan agreement alongside this tariff?
- Have you managed to check your Online Account bills to see what might be causing these extra charges?
- Have you thought about adding a spend cap to your account in order to stop overcharges?
