Switching to virgin

Received message ' Oops something isn't quite right with your switching request, not to worry give us a call on 789 and we''ll take care of it'

Called 789 but cant get to speak to anyone just got a txt message with a link to help pages.

This is one of 3 new family sims i ordered. One has already been switched & activated ok.

Please advise?

Just installed the third new sim card in my wifes phone and this has also received the same message as above?
