Switching to Virgin network

I’m switching to virgin network with new phone 

all incoming calls to my transferring number go to answer phone one new phone. 
All outgoing calls txt etc, show and register as my transferring number from new phone.

The original number on the Virgin Sim is disconnected.

So no one can call me, unless I switch my old phone on.

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your number port since joining Virgin Mobile. 

 

Has this now been resolved or is this still on going? It would be handy to know what handsets you're dealing with - if these are iPhones, I would advise manually changing the mobile phone number on the handsets via the settings menu
