This is interesting.I got the same message and assumed it would be *end* of November before this switch to 4G would take place.Mine has not happened yet either.
Am I to take away from all that was said on this thread that all and sundry need to call VM to action this change?
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, I would advise calling so we are able to check you are using the correct Sim and that the package you are on is with the range we can upgrade and if not discuss your options?
Did someone just trim this thread?I thought I had replied to a longer thread where an earlier post contained some useful information.One of them also had the number in it that I need to dial.
Thank you it was there, you can speak to our Mobile team on either 789 from the mobile or 0345 600 0789 from any other phone?
