i am an 85 year old lady who has switched to Virgin Media on Saturday. My phone number with Tesco is being transferred to Virgin and a PAC code was given at the point of sale of Carphone Warehouse on Saturday 8th August 2020.
I haven't heard anything on this and currently unable to make calls or texts on my new phone how much longer is it going to take to move my number as i am a vulnerable person.
Thanks for coming back. When you received your new SIM, did you follow the instructions that came with your new SIM and were you able to active it successfully? Even if the number port hasn't completed yet, you shouldn't be having issues with your services and still should be able to send/receive calls and texts OK.
