I want to permanently switch off voicemail to the two Virgin Mobile SIMs I have.
Cannott register for virgin mobile account - asked for answer to non existent security question.
Cannot find working solution to switching off Virgin voicemail anywhere in Media App, Mobile App or websites despite following various suggestions as to how it can be done. Detest voicemail. If I’m not available I’ll see missed call and deal with it.
I need this dealt with urgently. Waiting times on help calls just not feasible and no self help route available to me.
