Swapped sim to new phone now calls barred

I have swapped my virgin SIM to a new phone and I can't make outgoing calls. The call barring setting say all services are disabled. When I try to change the settings I need a password. I don't what this password is. I've tried 1234 and 0000. There is then a message that says Newtwork or sim card error.

Any help please

I am really sorry to hear you're having problems with your Virgin sim. 

 

More than happy to see what we can do to get this resolved, but first I will need some further information. Please can you confirm the following:- 

 

  • The handset you are using
  • Do your other services work, eg text, data etc?
  • Have you been able to test the sim in an alternative handset?]
