Swansea terrible 4g

Hi,

For about the last 6 weeks, my 4g/5g is almost non-existent. Unless I'm using WiFi my phone is awful for making calls or doing anything that requires a good mobile signal. My signal bar can sometimes be full with 4g but my phone acts like it has no signal or mobile data. Friends on EE or 3 seem to be fine. But Virgin and 02 are terrible. Please help, its driving me crazy. I have no idea if there is something wrong with the Swansea areas network or whether it's something else. I'm really lost and need my mobile data, I don't know whether I can leave my contract and switch as the service really is horrific. Any ideas, please please help ๐Ÿ™

I'm sorry to see that you have been having issues with 4G and 5G in the Swansea area. 

Just to confirm, are you seeing this issue in both indoor and outdoor areas? Is this in one specific area or multiple areas? Does this issue continue when you try your sim in another phone?

It seems to be indoors and outdoors. The signal around by my house isn't the greatest.....but in the centre of Swansea my signal can be full and indicates 4g or 5g (sometimes) but the speed of the data is awful......99% of the time in Swansea I can't access the Internet unless I'm on WiFi. Its clear from my bill too, I'm constantly rolling over 98/99Gb of 100Gb of data because I can't use my data. In Cardiff I don't seem to have a problem or London, but there has to be something something wrong with the Swansea network. I've tried manually switching networks but it's hopeless. Except changing provider due to poor service I don't know what to do. Thank you for your reply, I'm grateful ๐Ÿ™
